What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare for and attend course development collaborative Zoom sessions
- Write engaging content aligned with NC content standards and NCVPS Instructional Design standards
- Revise content based on feedback from content reviewer and LMS designer
- Develop all content according to NCVPS training specifications
- Uphold all NCVPS guidelines and procedures within training course and workshop

What is Required (Qualifications):
- NC teaching license and AP Certifications (as applicable)
- Knowledge of course design frameworks such as Universal Design for Learning principles and Revised Bloom's Taxonomy
- Understanding of curriculum standards and experience creating engaging lessons and activities
- High organization and self-management skills
- Access to personal computer, phone/other communication device, and Internet

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in online course development
- Familiarity with copyright, Fair Use, and accessibility guidelines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
