What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop features for software applications and build design system and web component libraries
- Establish AI coding best practices and upgrade Angular and React codebases
- Build proof of concepts and implement modern tooling like NX and AI
- Conduct codebase audits and resolve performance issues
- Consult with clients regularly to understand their needs and provide project updates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of professional experience developing single-page applications
- Expertise in JS-based and hybrid mobile application development, particularly with React Native
- Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills
- Solid understanding of Modern Front End Development, including CSS, semantic HTML, and JS frameworks
- Familiarity with AI development tools and a Computer Science degree or equivalent knowledge
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in contributing to or using open source projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to problem-solve empathetically
- Proven ability to manage a development workload across tickets and key milestones
