- Engage with key stakeholders and regulators in the electric utility industry
What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage key stakeholders to improve NERC controls
- Analyze operational data systems for adherence to reliability compliance standards
- Lead assessments of design and operational effectiveness of internal controls
- Produce analytics to assess health of ENRA program
- Support completion of externally-mandated deliverables for compliance monitoring
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in related field or Associate's degree with 2 years of relevant work experience
- Seven (7) years of experience in electric utility or similarly regulated industry
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to initiate solutions
- Proficient in oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in a related field
- Certification/Licensure in the industry
- Experience in NERC compliance or similar regulatory environment
