What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide on-site support for students and prospective students, including administrative assistance with advising and university services
- Handle inquiries from prospective students via phone, in-person, and email
- Organize and input information into databases and maintain relevant records
- Plan and coordinate events with the Center Director and support campus operations
- Ensure effective communication updates to faculty, students, and staff
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong customer service skills and ability to manage difficult situations
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and other applications in the Microsoft Office suite
- Must be eligible to receive access to the National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in higher education preferred
- Experience working in a technology-driven enterprise preferred
- Established interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
- Strong understanding of University mission, vision, values, goals, and strategies
