      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with various teams to develop analytic models, reports, and process changes that support company initiatives
      - Design and deliver benefit automation solutions using .NET, Angular, Python, SQL, and other business intelligence tools
      - Own problem analysis, solution validation, risk management, and issue resolution processes
      - Develop dashboards and tools to manage and report on business innovation strategies
      - Coordinate day-to-day aspects of assigned projects to ensure timely delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4+ years of experience in application design and development using .NET
      - 2+ years of UI experience with Angular
      - 3 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server or other RDBMS
      - 3+ years of experience in object-oriented programming, database modeling, and architecture design
      - Bachelor’s Degree is required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience in Python
      - 2+ years of experience in Java and Spring Boot
      - 1 year of experience with RPA tools such as UI Path
      - 2+ years of experience in PBM systems
