- Manage a team of outside Sales Representatives serving our Emerging Markets space in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Drive the development of sales skills within your team.
- Teach, coach, and mentor successful sales professionals to promote within 18 months.
- Recruit, train, and coach the team in sales processes and NetSuite product knowledge.
- Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of business applications.
- Participate in creating, presenting, and selling software solutions via telephone, internet, and in-person customer meetings.
- You have at least 1 year of sales management experience and prior experience as an individual contributor within SaaS/Technology sales, with a desire to succeed.
- You are a top performer in your current role, with stats to prove it.
- You are known for your strong work ethic, focus, passion, and dedication.
- You enjoy learning technology and translating that into value for prospects.
- You are curious, insightful, and perceptive.
- We are responsible for generating interest among prospective customers and executing our vision in tandem with marketing and sales teams.
- We value outstanding writing skills and friendly, thoughtful, and effective communication.
- We strive for attention to detail, emotional intelligence, and quick turnaround times.
