      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and manage overall system designs to meet user requirements and improve technology solutions
      - Oversee cybersecurity, data reporting, and analytics projects related to the OAE Case Management System
      - Serve as a backup for SQL database administration and manage IT vendor projects
      - Prepare accurate project specifications and coordinate multiple activities and resources
      - Identify and resolve IT problems effectively to minimize user impact

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to computer science, information technology, or a related area
      - Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in IT analysis, design, programming, troubleshooting, or related tasks
      - Expertise in SQL database administration and system design
      - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with telecommunications facilities and services, wide area networks, or local area networks
      - Knowledge of e-discovery and case management systems
      - Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices
      - Experience in project management and vendor coordination
      - Additional certifications in IT or related fields
