What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, configure, and deploy network solutions, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime
- Implement and manage network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems
- Collaborate with other IT professionals and departments to support network-related projects and initiatives
- Maintain network documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices

What is Required (Qualifications):
- A deep and growing walk with the Lord Jesus, including personal spiritual growth and the ability to support others in their spiritual growth
- Proven experience as a Network Admin or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching
- Experience with network security and firewall management
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
