What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate the technical transition of customers to the employer's support services
- Provision new customers with annuity services and provide service case support
- Monitor and ensure optimal functioning of security services for clients
- Collaborate effectively within a team in a project management environment
- Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of experience in a networking/security engineering related position
- Experience with building VPN tunnels and managing Firewalls
- Basic understanding of customer change management and regulatory requirements
- Ability to provide CCNA level route switch and firewall configuration
- Valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance required for travel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with Splunk and security ingest configuration
- Certifications such as CCNA Security, CCNP Security, or CompTIA Security+
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like SolarWinds Orion
- Experience in a virtual server environment, with VMWare experience as a plus
- Knowledge of VPN and NAT technologies
