      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain relationships with healthcare establishments, prioritizing accounts according to market growth plans
      - Lead strategic initiatives for vendor engagement and post-acute clinical transformation
      - Provide training services and promote participation with key accounts and partners
      - Facilitate meetings with health plan leadership to review network and vendor results
      - Analyze data and lead projects, ensuring timely and accurate work delivery with a customer focus

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management or 6 years of related and progressive experience in lieu of a degree
      - Minimum of 7 years of progressive management experience or related industry leadership experience, including 5 years in healthcare
      - Experience in strategic planning, corporate development, consulting, or the health insurance industry (3-5 years each)
      - Strong oral and written communication skills, with exceptional interpersonal abilities
      - Proven track record in business strategy, team leadership, and problem-solving

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or a Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management
      - 5 years of managed healthcare experience
