What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare establishments including Skilled Nursing Facilities and Hospitals
- Lead strategic implementation of key initiatives for the organization around vendor engagement
- Provide training services and promote participation with key accounts
- Facilitate meetings with health plan leadership to review network and vendor results
- Perform analysis to ensure timely and accurate work product delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management or 6 years of related experience in lieu of degree
- 7+ years of progressive management experience or related industry leadership experience
- 5 years of experience in healthcare
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Corporate Development, Consulting, or Health Insurance Industry
- Strong oral and written communication skills, and team leadership abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or a Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management
- 5 years of managed healthcare experience
