What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather, analyze, and document provider data requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders
- Translate provider needs into system requirements and implement solutions with cross-functional teams
- Develop and maintain process flows, functional specifications, and user stories for provider integration
- Assist in documenting integration requirements and data mapping for seamless system integrations
- Analyze provider performance data to identify areas for process improvement and optimize onboarding

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Management, or in a similar role
- Solid hands-on experience with data management and integration within provider-related business processes
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and familiarity with system testing
- Proven ability to manage and deliver business solutions on time and within scope
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst)
- Experience in provider onboarding, relationship management, or network management
- Experience with MuleSoft for system integrations and connecting applications
- Familiarity with Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics
- Knowledge of business process automation and analytics tools
