      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, evaluate, and refine educational programs for Fee for Service Providers
      - Conduct training related to submission of claims, prior authorizations, and documentation uploads
      - Ensure training materials are current and effectively prepared for training sessions
      - Maintain tracking mechanisms and outcomes reporting for training conducted
      - Travel to remote areas to conduct provider training sessions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of one year of experience training adult learners as a full-time trainer
      - Knowledge of training strategies, technical writing, and federal/state regulations
      - Advanced computer skills and proficiency in technology-based applications
      - Ability to build effective working relationships and demonstrate cultural sensitivity
      - Must successfully pass a fingerprint background check and other pre-employment requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Adult Education, or a related field
      - Advanced computer-based technology skills
      - Operational knowledge of Pre-paid Medical Management Information System (PMMIS)
