      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive multiple projects through the real estate process, coordinating with internal telecommunications teams and external vendors
      - Assign and manage site acquisition, A&E, environmental, and legal vendors to perform fieldwork
      - Manage project tracking and vendor performance, ensuring compliance with leasing and regulatory policies
      - Conduct deployment calls and maintain communication with all parties regarding project status
      - Oversee purchase order management for vendors, ensuring timely issuance and validation of task completion

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5-7 years of experience in a relevant field
      - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and vendors simultaneously
      - Strong understanding of leasing, zoning, permitting, environmental, and regulatory compliance
      - Proficiency in project management systems and tools
      - Excellent communication and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working within the telecommunications industry
      - Familiarity with NEPA, FAA, and FCC requirements
      - Strong analytical skills for budget management and forecasting
