      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and supervise outside plant (OSP) field construction and splicing operations across multiple locations
      - Provide technical support for special request projects and ensure compliance with NESC and TDS OSP standards
      - Conduct audits of OSP projects, coaching consultants and contractors for accuracy and consistency
      - Manage construction projects by reviewing quality of work and ensuring proper documentation is maintained
      - Communicate with governmental agencies and negotiate with municipalities regarding network-related agreements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate Degree (or higher) or 2+ years of professional work experience
      - 2+ years of experience in Voice, Data, or Video networking, or 6+ months of relevant internship experience
      - Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work independently
      - Understanding of telecommunications industry principles and NESC construction practices

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with fiber optic implementation and FTTH design and construction techniques
      - Proficient in ESRI ArcGIS, AGOL, or other GIS software
      - Project management experience and excellent leadership skills
      - Strong written and oral communication skills
      - Ability to work cooperatively with diverse work groups
