      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design OSP projects and supervise consultants coordinating outside plant field construction and splicing operations
      - Provide technical support for special request projects and ensure proper accounting of facilities placed
      - Conduct audits of OSP projects to ensure compliance with National Electrical Code standards and TDS OSP standards
      - Review reports from field personnel and contractor invoicing for accuracy and manage project documentation
      - Create and analyze network designs for OSP teams utilizing GIS tools and extensions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree (or higher) or 2+ years of professional work experience
      - 3+ years of experience in Voice, Data, or Video networking
      - Excellent leadership, customer relations, and communication skills
      - Thorough understanding of telecommunications industry principles
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with GIS, ESRI, ArcGIS, and/or spatial analysis
      - Background in telephony or related fields
      - Advanced working knowledge of NESC construction practices and engineering standards
      - Ability to read and assess fiber and/or HFC designs and prints
      - Strong written and oral communication skills
