What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales performance to ensure sales forecasts are met or exceeded within assigned territory by engaging with healthcare professionals.
- Develop superior product and disease state knowledge to effectively educate healthcare professionals about clinical evidence and product efficacy.
- Manage assigned budgets to achieve territory objectives while customizing client interactions based on their needs.
- Provide insights on local market trends, practice structures, and key influencers to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with District Manager to develop and implement a local business plan that aligns with overall business objectives.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
- Minimum of 1+ years of documented success in B2B sales; prior experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical device sales preferred.
- Strong desire and passion for improving the lives of patients and caregivers, displaying a patient-centric approach.
- Proven ability to adapt and thrive in evolving environments, including telemedicine.
- Strong verbal, presentation, and listening skills.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in antipsychotic or bipolar sales.
- Demonstrated success in establishing new customer relationships and communicating technical information effectively.
- Ability to analyze data/metrics to assess progress against objectives and identify new opportunities.
