What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales performance to meet or exceed forecasts within assigned territory by engaging with healthcare professionals both in-person and virtually
- Develop extensive product and disease state knowledge to educate healthcare professionals about clinical evidence and product efficacy
- Utilize assigned budgets effectively to achieve territory objectives while ensuring compliance with ethical standards
- Collaborate with District Manager to create and implement a local business plan that aligns with business objectives
- Provide timely and accurate administrative management of sales data, objectives, and reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 1 year of documented success in B2B sales; experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, and/or medical device sales preferred
- Proven ability to establish customer relationships and communicate technical information effectively
- Strong integrity and commitment to compliance with company policies
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and listening skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in antipsychotic and/or bipolar sales
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving environments, such as telemedicine
- Strong analytical skills to assess performance and identify new opportunities
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and sales trend analysis
- Passion for patient-centricity and improving patient outcomes
