What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales performance to meet or exceed forecasts within assigned territory through in-person and virtual engagements with healthcare professionals
- Develop in-depth product and disease state knowledge to effectively educate healthcare providers on clinical evidence and product efficacy
- Customize client interactions based on individual customer needs while adhering to compliance guidelines
- Collaborate with District Manager to create and implement a local business plan that achieves business objectives
- Provide timely and accurate administrative management of sales data, customer objectives, and expense reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 1+ years of documented success in B2B sales; experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical device sales preferred
- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
- Strong verbal, presentation, and listening skills
- Ability to analyze data and diagnose performance issues to identify new opportunities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in antipsychotic or bi-polar sales
- Proven track record of establishing new customer relationships and communicating technical information effectively
- Familiarity with adapting to evolving environments such as telemedicine
- High integrity and alignment with compliance policies and procedures
