      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales performance to meet or exceed forecasts within assigned territory by engaging with healthcare professionals both in-person and virtually
      - Develop comprehensive product and disease state knowledge to educate healthcare professionals about clinical evidence and product efficacy
      - Manage assigned budgets effectively to achieve territory objectives while customizing client interactions based on their needs
      - Collaborate with the District Manager to create and implement a local business plan aimed at achieving business objectives
      - Provide timely and accurate management of administrative tasks, including sales call data and expense reporting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
      - Minimum 1+ years of documented success in B2B sales; experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, and/or medical device sales preferred
      - Strong desire to improve the lives of patients and caregivers, demonstrating patient-centricity
      - High integrity and adherence to compliance policies and procedures
      - Proven ability to adapt to changing environments and analyze data to assess performance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in antipsychotic and/or bi-polar sales
      - Strong verbal, presentation, and listening skills
      - Ability to establish new customer relationships and communicate technical information effectively
      - Proven success in navigating an evolving environment, such as during the Covid-19 pandemic
      - Experience with telemedicine or virtual sales strategies
