      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales performance to meet or exceed sales forecasts within assigned territory through in-person and virtual engagements
      - Develop in-depth product and disease state knowledge to effectively educate healthcare professionals
      - Utilize budgets strategically to achieve territory objectives in a compliant manner
      - Collaborate with key stakeholders to create and implement local business plans
      - Maintain awareness of local market dynamics and share insights with internal teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
      - Minimum of 1 year of documented success in B2B sales experience; pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
      - Strong desire to improve patient lives and a commitment to high integrity and compliance
      - Ability to analyze data and adapt to a changing environment, including virtual sales
      - Excellent verbal, presentation, and listening skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in antipsychotic or bi-polar sales
      - Proven ability to establish new customer relationships and communicate technical information
      - Strong sense of self-motivation and entrepreneurial spirit
      - History of adapting to evolving environments and overcoming challenges
      - Familiarity with telemedicine and virtual selling strategies
