What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales performance to meet or exceed forecasts within assigned territory through in-person and virtual engagements
- Educate healthcare professionals on clinical evidence, approved indications, and product efficacy/safety profiles
- Utilize assigned budgets effectively to achieve territory objectives while ensuring compliance
- Maintain a current understanding of local market dynamics and share insights with internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with District Manager and key stakeholders to develop and implement local business plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a valid driver's license with a safe driving record
- Minimum of 1 year of documented success in B2B sales; previous experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical device sales preferred
- Strong desire and passion for improving patient lives and caregiver experiences
- Proven ability to adapt to evolving environments and overcome challenges
- Strong verbal, presentation, and listening skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in antipsychotic and/or bi-polar sales
- Ability to analyze data/metrics to assess progress against objectives
- Strong sense of self-motivation and initiative with excellent decision-making judgment
- Experience establishing new customer relationships and communicating technical information effectively
- Capability to work flexible hours, including meetings outside of normal working hours
