      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales performance to meet or exceed forecasts within assigned territory by engaging primarily with Primary Care HCP offices
      - Develop extensive product and disease state knowledge to educate healthcare professionals on clinical evidence and product efficacy
      - Utilize assigned budgets effectively to achieve territory objectives while ensuring compliance with ethical standards
      - Collaborate with District Manager to create and implement a local business plan that aligns with corporate goals
      - Provide timely administrative management of sales data, customer interactions, and reporting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
      - Minimum of 1+ years of documented success in B2B sales; experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical device sales preferred
      - Strong desire to improve the lives of patients and their caregivers
      - Proven ability to adapt to evolving environments and challenges
      - Excellent verbal, presentation, and listening skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in antipsychotic or bi-polar sales
      - Proven track record of establishing new customer relationships
      - Ability to analyze data to assess progress and identify new opportunities
      - Experience in a fast-paced, changing work environment
      - Strong collaboration and cross-functional teamwork skills
