What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales performance to meet or exceed forecasts within assigned territory through in-person and virtual engagements with healthcare professionals
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of product and disease states to effectively educate healthcare professionals on clinical evidence and product profiles
- Manage assigned budgets effectively and customize client interactions based on customer needs
- Collaborate with District Manager to create and implement local business plans to achieve business objectives
- Maintain accurate administrative management of sales data, customer interactions, and reporting responsibilities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 1+ years of documented success in B2B sales; prior experience in pharmaceutical, biologics, or medical device sales preferred
- Strong passion for improving patient lives and a commitment to patient-centricity
- Proven ability to analyze data and adapt to evolving environments, including telemedicine
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and listening skills

- Experience in antipsychotic or bi-polar sales
- Strong sense of self-motivation, initiative, and teamwork
- Proven track record of establishing new customer relationships and communicating technical information
