      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales performance to meet or exceed forecasts by engaging with healthcare professionals and mental health community centers
      - Utilize assigned budgets to achieve territory objectives while customizing client interactions based on their needs
      - Maintain an understanding of the local market and share insights with internal stakeholders
      - Collaborate with the Regional Business Manager to develop and implement a local business plan
      - Provide timely management of administrative tasks, including sales call data and expense reporting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of previous sales experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical device sales required
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
      - Valid driver's license and a safe driving record
      - Strong desire to improve the lives of patients and caregivers
      - Proven ability to adapt to an evolving sales environment and analyze performance metrics

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of sales experience in specialty pharmaceuticals
      - Experience in launch, antipsychotic, and/or bi-polar sales
      - Strong sense of self-motivation, initiative, and collaboration skills
      - Ability to establish new customer relationships and communicate technical information effectively
      - Experience working in a telemedicine or virtual environment
