What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales performance to meet or exceed sales forecasts within assigned territories through in-person and virtual engagements
- Utilize assigned budgets effectively to achieve territory objectives while customizing client interactions
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the local market, practice structures, and key influencers
- Collaborate with the Regional Business Manager to develop and implement a local business plan
- Provide timely and accurate administrative management of work hours, sales data, and communication responses
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical device sales; 3+ years in specialty pharmaceuticals preferred
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a valid driver's license with a safe driving record
- Strong desire and passion for improving the lives of patients and their caregivers
- High integrity and adherence to the company’s compliance policies and procedures
- Proven track record of success in adapting to evolving environments and overcoming challenges
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in launch, antipsychotic, or bi-polar sales
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess progress and identify opportunities
- Established relationships with healthcare professionals and experience communicating technical information
- Experience in developing partnerships and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong decision-making judgment and self-motivation
