**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Drive sales performance to meet or exceed sales forecasts within assigned territory by engaging healthcare professionals and mental health community centers
- Utilize allocated budgets effectively to achieve territory objectives and customize client interactions
- Maintain current understanding of local market dynamics and provide insights to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with Regional Business Manager to develop and implement local business plans
- Manage administrative tasks including sales call data, customer objectives, and reporting
**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- 2+ years of previous sales experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical device sales
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, along with a valid driver's license and safe driving record
- Strong desire to improve the lives of patients and their caregivers, demonstrating patient-centricity
- Proven ability to adapt to evolving environments and overcome challenges
- Experience establishing new customer relationships and communicating technical information effectively
**How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
- 3+ years of sales experience in specialty pharmaceuticals
- Experience in launch, antipsychotic, and/or bi-polar sales
- Strong sense of self-motivation, initiative, and entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess performance and identify opportunities
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and competitive landscape analysis
