What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management
- Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives through in-person and virtual communications
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinical staff, and key opinion leaders
- Collaborate with internal partners across various functions to ensure effective communication and alignment
- Uphold the highest ethical standards and compliance with FDA guidelines and industry best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA degree in science or related field AND minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or related sales
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven sales performance
- Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce.com, Oracle)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
- Close-door or specialty pharmacy distribution experience
- Master’s degree in science or related field
- Excellent project management abilities and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to navigate complex accounts across varied care sites
