      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Responsible for promoting and growing Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
      - Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders
      - Execute territory sales strategies through in-person and virtual communications
      - Identify and address territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success
      - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and resource management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA degree in science or related field AND minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical sales
      - Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven sales record
      - Ability to lead and work within cross-functional teams
      - Proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce.com, Oracle)
      - Valid driver's license and clean driving record, with a requirement for frequent driving

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in science or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
      - Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic pharmaceuticals
      - Familiarity with specialty pharmacy distribution
      - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
      - Entrepreneurial attitude with a results-oriented mindset
