What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management
- Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed objectives via in-person and virtual communications
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare providers and advocacy groups
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners such as marketing and medical science liaisons
- Uphold highest ethical standards, including FDA guidelines and pharmaceutical industry best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA degree in science or related field AND minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or related sales
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven track record of meeting sales objectives
- Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams and build trust among peers
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong sales and account management disposition
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in science or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Close-door or specialty pharmacy distribution experience
- Experience with psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic products
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex accounts across varied care sites
- Entrepreneurial attitude and experience thriving in performance-based, fast-paced environments
