      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales performance to meet or exceed sales forecasts within the assigned territory
      - Develop product and disease state knowledge to engage healthcare professionals in clinical dialogue
      - Utilize assigned budgets effectively to achieve territory objectives in a compliant manner
      - Collaborate with district management to create and implement local business plans
      - Maintain awareness of market dynamics and share insights with internal stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and a valid driver’s license
      - Minimum of 1+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals or medical devices
      - Strong desire and passion for improving patient and caregiver lives
      - Proven ability to adapt to an evolving environment and utilize data for performance analysis
      - Excellent verbal, presentation, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in antipsychotic or bi-polar sales
      - Demonstrated success in establishing new customer relationships
      - Ability to work effectively in a telemedicine or virtual environment
      - Previous experience in pharmaceutical, biologics, or medical device sales
      - Strong sense of initiative and collaboration skills
