What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales performance to meet or exceed sales forecasts within assigned territory by engaging healthcare professionals in person and virtually
- Develop and maintain superior product and disease state knowledge to support compliant clinical discussions
- Effectively manage budgets to achieve territory objectives while customizing client interactions based on needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create and implement local business plans that achieve business objectives
- Provide timely and accurate administrative management of sales data and customer communications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 1+ years of documented success in B2B sales experience; previous sales experience in pharmaceuticals preferred
- Strong passion for improving the lives of patients and their caregivers
- High integrity and adherence to compliance policies and procedures
- Strong verbal, presentation, and listening skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in antipsychotic or bi-polar sales
- Ability to analyze data/metrics to assess performance and identify opportunities
- Proven track record of establishing new customer relationships
- Experience adapting to evolving environments, such as telemedicine
- Strong collaboration and cross-functional skills
