      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales performance to meet or exceed sales forecasts within assigned territory through in-person and virtual engagement with healthcare professionals
      - Develop in-depth product and disease state knowledge to engage healthcare professionals in clinical dialogue
      - Utilize assigned budgets to achieve territory objectives while customizing client interactions based on their needs
      - Maintain current understanding of local market dynamics and share insights with internal stakeholders
      - Collaborate with District Manager to develop and implement a local business plan that meets business objectives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
      - Minimum of 1 year of documented success in B2B sales; experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, and/or medical device sales preferred
      - Strong desire and passion for improving the lives of patients and their caregivers
      - Proven ability to adapt to evolving environments and challenges
      - Strong verbal, presentation, and listening skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in antipsychotic and/or bipolar sales
      - Experience establishing new customer relationships and communicating technical information to diverse audiences
      - Proven track record of success in a sales environment
      - Ability to analyze data/metrics to assess performance and identify new opportunities
      - Experience in a healthcare-related sales role
