      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales performance to meet or exceed forecasts within assigned territory through in-person and virtual engagements with healthcare professionals
      - Develop in-depth product and disease state knowledge to effectively educate healthcare professionals on clinical evidence and product efficacy
      - Utilize assigned budgets strategically to achieve territory objectives while maintaining compliance with ethical guidelines
      - Collaborate with the District Manager and stakeholders to develop and implement a local business plan that meets business objectives
      - Provide timely and accurate administrative management of sales activities and customer interactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
      - Minimum of 1+ years of documented success in B2B sales; experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical device sales preferred
      - Strong desire to improve patient lives and a commitment to high integrity in accordance with compliance policies
      - Proven ability to adapt to evolving environments and overcome challenges effectively
      - Strong verbal, presentation, and listening skills to communicate technical information to diverse audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in antipsychotic or bi-polar sales
      - Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess progress and identify new opportunities
      - Experience establishing new customer relationships in the healthcare sector
      - Strong teamwork and collaboration skills across functional areas
      - Familiarity with telemedicine and virtual sales environments
