What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Promote employer products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) by providing clinical, disease state, and reimbursement information.
- Develop and execute a territory business plan to meet or exceed sales objectives using market data and customer insights.
- Build and maintain relationships with HCPs, advocacy organizations, and other healthcare stakeholders.
- Address customer inquiries and objections using advanced selling skills.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver coordinated solutions and guidance on product pricing and access-related issues.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required; life sciences preferred.
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare; neuroscience preferred.
- Proven advanced selling skills and business acumen.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Must reside within the territory (or within 30 miles of its border) and possess a valid driver’s license.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Minimum 5+ years of healthcare sales experience, with at least 2 years in complex or account-based selling environments.
- Demonstrated success in influencing diverse HCP audiences across multiple care settings.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to change effectively.
