What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Actively prospect, attract, and develop new VIP players in your region
- Ideate, create, and execute regional player acquisition events
- Implement localized go-to-market strategies for VIP acquisition
- Manage and monitor the business plan to achieve revenue and profit goals
- Ensure compliance with VIP policies and responsible gaming guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years of Sales or Business Development experience with high-value accounts
- Experience managing a book of high-value accounts with established customer relationships
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment
- Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends
- Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses

- Proven track record of successful player acquisition and engagement strategies
- Familiarity with gaming regulations and compliance requirements
