What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform data entry and analysis related to new business intake requests
- Review and proof data on intake forms and conflict reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Interact with the Finance Department to obtain necessary billing information
- Create conflict alert notices and run reports from the LegalKEY database upon request
- Open, close, and reactivate matters as needed, ensuring proper documentation and approvals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of data entry or administrative assistant experience
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in reviewing and analyzing data effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- Familiarity with legal terminology and processes
- Experience in a law firm or legal environment
