What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct initial contact with potential clients, establishing rapport and determining if the firm can assist
- Achieve a 95% call conversion rate and convert pending cases within 3 days of inquiry
- Manage and document all new cases in the case management system promptly
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely attention to potential clients
- Support administrative tasks, including data entry and managing provider contact information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of direct legal intake experience required, with a preference for personal injury experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with clients
- Ability to convey confidence and professionalism over the phone and in person
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Inbound sales experience is a plus
- Experience in personal injury law, particularly plaintiff cases
- Comfort with case management software and data entry tasks
