What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build strong relationships with potential homebuyers and provide personalized support throughout their journey
- Offer expert advice on the new construction market, trends, and the buying process
- Conduct engaging tours of new communities and showcase available homes
- Negotiate favorable terms on behalf of buyers with builders to ensure smooth transactions
- Advocate for clients at every stage of the home-buying process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must possess an active real estate license
- Proven sales experience in real estate, particularly as a buyer's agent
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to exceptional customer service and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with online technology platforms and CRM systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least 6 months of licensing experience with 6+ closed transactions in the past year
- In-depth understanding of the new construction market and buying process
