What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct market research to identify viable regions for expansion and maintain a pipeline of potential properties
- Lead lease and purchase negotiations in collaboration with legal and finance teams
- Create and manage project timelines for construction and operational readiness
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prepare new sites for opening
- Provide regular progress updates to executive leadership and prepare presentations for board meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, Real Estate, Construction Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in real estate development or facility operations
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions within consumer services industries
- Proven ability to manage complex projects across multiple geographies
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and financial modeling skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with lease agreements, contractors, and regulatory compliance
- Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Asana, MS Project) and GIS/mapping tools
- Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills
