What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a subject matter expert for payment processing, including ACH, wire transfers, and instant payments
- Design and document efficient procedures and workflows for payment flows
- Train team members on processes, tools, and reporting techniques to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with various teams to define requirements and deliver innovative solutions
- Manage special projects, including project planning and insightful reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Finance, Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Banking, Systems, or Operations; project management experience preferred
- Strong understanding of ACH, wire, and instant payment systems, with familiarity in API integrations
- Knowledge of payment network rules and operational processes
- Proficiency in Windows-based software programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

- Experience in project management
- Familiarity with technical communication protocols related to payment systems
- Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to effectively design processes and train teams
