      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure patient charts are complete and interview patients to identify medical needs and history
      - Reconcile immunization history in the electronic medical record (EMR) and identify potential risks and side effects
      - Code nursing visits, lab requests, and procedures for billing; verify and update patient data
      - Assist with registration, scheduling, and check-out processes while providing remarkable customer service
      - Reinforce patient education under clinician guidance and report individual data to patients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant Program with externship in a clinical setting
      - Current certification as CMA, RMA, or CCMA required
      - Clinical experience in an ambulatory setting required
      - Strong customer service skills and effective communication techniques

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working as a supervised medical assistant for a minimum of one year within the last three years
      - Knowledge of pharmacology and medication administration
      - Familiarity with electronic medical record systems
