      - Extract key data points and organize them into standard email templates
      - Maintain accurate records of communications with property managers
      - Flag inconsistencies or issues for follow-up by the appropriate team
      - Assist with additional clerical tasks such as data entry and digital filing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be at least 18 years old
      - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
      - Ability to follow set procedures and work independently overnight
      - Basic computer and data entry skills, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
      - Excellent time management and organizational skills
