  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Process new mortgage license applications for Loan Officers
  - Support onboarding cohorts of 15–50 Loan Officers every two weeks, resulting in hundreds of licensing actions per cycle
  - Independently manage licensing workflows within NMLS
  - Track licensing tasks and progress using internal systems
  - Provide guidance to Loan Officers on licensing requirements and status
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 2 years of mortgage licensing experience
  - Strong hands-on proficiency with NMLS
  - Proven ability to manage high-volume workloads with frequent priority changes
  - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  - Ability to work independently while remaining aligned with team goals
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Technical Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  - Familiarity with middleware platforms and messaging systems
  - Experience with WAR/EAR application deployment
