  Role: Technical Lead Windsor - CT Top 3 skills required for this role? 1. Node JS 2. React Native 3.React JS Job Description/ Responsibilities: • Strong proficiency in React JS JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. • Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API). • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling. • Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, NPM). • Experience with version control systems like Git. • Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Experience with TypeScript, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets, • Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library). • Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or other relational/non-relational databases. • Familiarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth). • Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. • Knowledge of Next.js or other SSR frameworks. • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Develop and maintain server-side logic using Node.js and related frameworks (e.g., Express.js, NestJS). • Design and build RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs. • Integrate third-party services and APIs. • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security. • Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. • Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js. • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver high-quality user experiences. • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. • Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers. • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging. • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development.
