- Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to work with program managers, clients, and team participants
- Strong history of working with federal and state government clients
- Ability to oversee collection and analysis of large data sets
- Comprehension of government contract compliance requirements
- Proficiency with MS Office
- U.S. citizenship is required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience as a subject matter expert for development of NEPA documents
- Background in environmental assessments and impact statements
