- Meet typing requirements of 40 words per minute or faster
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 months of remote customer service experience
- Must use a Windows computer
- Ability to maintain a quiet and professional environment
- Ability to type 40 words per minute or faster
- Experience in receiving inbound calls
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a non-profit organization
- Familiarity with donor management systems or CRM software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Passion for charitable work and supporting community initiatives
