      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform in-depth reviews of at least 75 proposed transactions per month
      - Evaluate various income and asset documentation to assess loan applications
      - Communicate effectively with borrowers and third parties to obtain required documentation
      - Conduct credit report analysis and understand debt-to-income ratio analysis
      - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of compliance with industry guidelines and regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Loan Processor, Loan Officer, or Underwriter in the mortgage industry
      - Proficiency in Encompass, AllRegs, Desktop Underwriter, Loan Product Advisor, LoanBeam, and industry standard income worksheets
      - Strong knowledge of conventional and government lending guidelines
      - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
      - Integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a relevant field
      - NMLS License under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008
