      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure health, safety, and personal needs are met for up to 32 residential rehabilitation sites
      - Supervise Resident Advisor monitors, including scheduling and performance reviews
      - Conduct documentation reviews to ensure compliance with state regulations
      - Respond quickly to emergencies, crises, or unexpected problems during the shift
      - Review reportable incidents and provide corrective actions as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Ability to connect technical aspects with a goal of building customer value
      - Must react quickly and with a sense of urgency to requests and issues
      - Prior experience in a supervisory role in a healthcare or support setting
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Familiarity with regulatory standards related to developmental disabilities services

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in home health or caregiving services
      - Training in crisis management or emergency response
      - Knowledge of applicable state regulations and compliance requirements
      - Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing situations
