What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure health, safety, and personal needs are being met for up to 32 residential rehabilitation sites
- Supervise Resident Advisor monitors, including scheduling shifts and monitoring work habits
- Conduct performance reviews of Resident Advisor monitors and address customer complaints
- Examine documentation of client activities for compliance with regulatory standards
- Respond quickly to emergencies, crises, or unexpected problems during shifts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to connect technical knowledge with customer value
- Must react quickly and with a sense of urgency to requests and issues
- Proven experience in supervisory roles or similar environments
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in residential rehabilitation or similar healthcare settings
- Familiarity with regulatory standards related to developmental disabilities services
- Previous experience in performance management or training of staff
- Background in crisis management or emergency response
- Knowledge of home monitoring technologies and services
